dc.description.resumoEsta pesquisa objetiva analisar de que forma as funções da controladoria, contextualizada à luz da literatura, são aplicadas em uma indústria do pólo químico no PIM (Pólo Industrial de Manaus), buscando desta forma, explicar a relação das funções de controladoria e o funcionamento da mesma, dentro da estrutura organizacional da indústria. Dessa maneira, alcançando o tema proposto nesta pesquisa, no qual encontra-se os resultados observados que a empresa possui uma estrutura organizacional, muito bem distribuída entre os membros gestores, onde pode-se identificar a harmonia entre os vários departamentos e um forte elo de ligação, no qual fortalece o processo de tomada de decisão.por
dc.description.abstractThis research aims to analyze how the functions of controlling, contextualized in light of the literature, are applied in a chemical industry hub in PIM (Industrial Pole of Manaus), seeking thereby to explain the relationship of controllership functions and operation within the organizational structure of the industry.
