dc.description.resumoEste trabalho pretende compreender o fenômeno das redes comunitárias na Internet, principalmente quando elas são agentes de mobilização, articulando suas causas, sentimentos, interesses por outras redes. Como fonte de informação e comunicação, as redes comunitárias influenciam de forma cada vez mais incisiva à participação política, a ponto de transformar o espaço da Internet em uma arena legítima de lutas e um instrumento privilegiado para atuar, informar, recrutar, organizar, dominar e contradominar. A Internet é a extensão da sociedade e essas situações apenas refletem o cotidiano da vida real.por
dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to understand the phenomenon of community network on the Internet, especially when they are agents of mobilization, articulating their causes, feelings, interests in other networks. As a source of information and communication, social networks influence increasingly more on political participation, as far as transforming the Internet space into a legitimate arena for battles and a privileged instrument for acting, informing, recruiting, organizing, commanding and countermanding.
